A recently refurbished, 3 bedroom, air conditioned, detached luxury Villa, originally built in July 2005.
The Villa is located in Pernera, near to Protaras and Ayia Napa in Eastern Cyprus.
The Villa is located on a small development and is exceptionally well appointed to accommodate up to eight people in spacious comfort - making it ideal for families or groups who want to holiday together.
Located at the very edge of the Pernera holiday resort, Villa Illios is perfectly located for a relaxing beach holiday or a busy activity holiday.
The Villa is a 45 minute drive by hire car or taxi from Larnaca airport. There are regular flights to Larnaca from most UK airports. See here for more details on flights.
Pernera, with its busy bars, restaurants and sandy beach is just a few minutes walk away—near enough to be convenient, but far enough not to be intrusive.
At Villa Illios there is a large patio area outside, with garden furniture, table, loungers and chairs provided.
The Villa is equiped with wireless internet connection which is available for guest use at no charge.
Guests at Villa Illios have free and unrestricted use of the three, large, swimming pools (including a shallow paddling pool) at the adjacent Pantelia Hotel, just 300m away.
